HOW ARE YOUR RUGS ETHICALLY MADE?
We take pride in providing you with ethically made products and a transparent business.
We would love for you to read some facts about our fantastic, creative manufacturing team in China.
1. Our manufacturing partners are made up of a group of 50 lovely employees, youngest aged 19. These people we have frequent close contact with.
2. They are all full time employees of the company with no temporary contacts.
3. All employee work Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm and are entitled to a 1 hour lunch break.
4. All employees are paid above the minimum living wage.
5. Employees are offered 2 hours overtime work on week days and can work an 8 hour overtime shift on a Saturday. These are definitely not compulsory. They are paid 150% - 200% of their hourly rate for any overtime hours.
WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RUGS?
Rugs can be machine washed on cold delicate mode. If you don't have this option, please wash them by hand. Hang to dry. The rugs are woven, so you need to be careful when using it around sharp objects.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?
On business days, orders are processed and posted right away. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will be posted on the Monday.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For New Zealand the postage company aims to get orders delivered within 3 business days. Please expect some delays around Christmas - we will try to keep you updated about these.
For Australian residents, postage should be within 3 - 10 business days. Delays are also possible around Christmas.
Tracking will be on all orders.

WHO DESIGNS YOUR BLANKETS?
All of the rugs are designed here in the Aotearoa New Zealand by our designer. These are exclusive to Bode Lana.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We process our orders straight away so normally these cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have special circumstances please email us.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM?
Please email us ASAP with your order number and the product name, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the default. Check out our refund policy for more.
